Veggie Burgers, Potato Wedges, and Salad

My oldest daughter, Lennon, loves veggie burgers and asks for them basically every night so I am finally going to make them for her! I have loosely followed recipes in the past and there are so many good ones out there. Sunday, October 28 Roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes, marinated Portobello mushrooms, kale caesar salad. I will roast a few potatoes and sweet potatoes in avocado oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.
