The Benefits of Joining A Group Health Coaching Program

What is a health coach? A Certified Health Coach is a guide who empowers others to achieve their health and wellness goals. They facilitate behaviour change and provide science-based, trusted information, positive encouragement, and continued motivation. A Health Coach is a mentor who gives on-going support and guidance as you make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.  There are many different benefits to joining a group program, I am going to explain 3 of them below.

1. Community As a mom, we can all agree there is nothing better than finding a group of like-minded women who you can listen, share, advise and understand what you are going through. When you are together with women who are all interested in creating a healthier life for themselves and their families, you know you are not alone, you can learn from what others have done, and you can give and get support which is most important. Being heard is such an amazing thing.

2. Change The main reason someone joins a private or group program of any sort is to experience transformation! You can have massive shifts in your life while being in a group program. Sustainable change takes time and effort, but is always worth it in the end.
