My name is Megan and I am a plant-based health + mindset coach, yoga instructor + host of The Align Wellness Podcast.
I help passionate + committed women feel happier, healthier + more fulfilled by teaching them to manage their minds, quit emotional eating, focus on whole, plant-based foods + move their bodies.
I am also a mom of three young girls, Lennon, Lincoln + Mila. I understand the importance of health, proper self-care + using time wisely!
I have been passionate about health since I was a teenager. I took my yoga teacher training when I was in grade 12 and have been teaching ever since. I have also been vegetarian for over 12 years, now raising my family on a plant-based diet. I love running, working out + learning. I enrolled in The Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a certified Health Coach when my youngest daughter was 4 months old. I am currently learning CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and other personal development teachings.
I love helping women become their healthiest because without true, whole body health we have nothing.
